Hi, I’m Christine Kearney — Doctor of Physical Therapy and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and feel their best. With nearly two decades of experience in physical therapy and a specialized focus in women’s health, I offer a unique blend of clinical expertise and holistic coaching to support women through every stage of life — from hormonal transitions and pelvic health to stress management and whole-body wellness.
As a provider of pelvic floor physical therapy, I have advanced training in evaluating and treating the body’s core systems and how they influence overall well-being. I work with women across the lifespan and provide care for experiences such as pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, and more.
In addition to pelvic floor physical therapy, I also offer health and wellness coaching in areas such as stress management, sleep hygiene, nutrition, movement, habit-building, and creating a more balanced, intentional lifestyle.
My approach is holistic and client-centered, focusing on sustainable changes that align with your unique goals and values. Whether you’re looking to increase energy, improve daily routines, or cultivate greater resilience and confidence, I’m here to support you. By combining my background in pelvic floor physical therapy with whole-person wellness strategies, I help clients uncover root causes, build body awareness, and create habits that promote healing, strength, and long-term well-being.
I’d be honored to support you on your journey toward wellness and vitality.
Women’s health physical therapy is a specialized branch of physical therapy that addresses the unique needs of women throughout all stages of life. It focuses on the pelvic floor, core, and musculoskeletal system, while also considering the hormonal shifts that influence women’s health during menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. Treatment may include care for pelvic floor dysfunction, pain, bladder or bowel concerns, post-surgical rehabilitation, and support for managing symptoms tied to hormonal changes.
How is it Beneficial?
Women’s health physical therapy takes a whole-body approach to healing and wellness. Benefits can include:
Pelvic Floor Health – Support for urinary leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain.
Pregnancy & Postpartum Care – Guidance for safe movement, recovery from childbirth, diastasis recti, or cesarean scar healing.
Pain Relief – Management of chronic pain throughout the body via manual therapy, corrective exercise, movement retraining and nervous system retraining.
Hormonal Support – Relief for symptoms influenced by hormonal changes, such as headaches, joint pain, and muscle tension, by improving circulation, posture, and stress regulation.
Enhanced Quality of Life – Reducing symptoms that affect daily activities, intimacy, and overall well-being.
Women’s health physical therapy goes beyond symptom management—it’s about empowering women with tools for long-term health, resilience, and balance.
